El fantasma del Windsor

Cuando aun muchos no tenemos muy claro cual fue la causa del incendio del Windsor y aún más que hacían aquellas personas allí dentro (si es que las había) hoy en Madrid vuelve a arder un rascacielos.

En este caso parece que las consecuencias no serán tan desastrosas como en el Windsor pero sin duda el hecho de que a escasos 800 metros de allí esté la plaza Castilla, donde se está celebrando la victoria en el campeonato del mundo de baloncesto, le dará a este episodio suficiente difusión.

Más allá del hecho en sí hay datos que son curiosos sobre este incendio. Además de producirse en la noche de la susodicha celebración ocurre en una de las construcciones de la antigua ciudad deportiva del Real Madrid. En los pisos 42 y 43 de un edificio de 56 plantas de la constructora de Villar-Mir (reciente candidato a la presidencia de este club). Están ardiendo materiales de construcción por lo visto debido al incendio de grasas y aceites de la maquinaria de construcción. Y yo me pregunto, ¿cómo ha llegado la “chispa” a esos pisos?. Sinceramente, sorprendente.

Esperemos no tener que volver a ver las imágenes de una antorcha gigante en Madrid y que si alguien ha sido el responsable de ello se pueda saber con algo más de claridad que otros episodios del pasado. Pólizas millonarias, ajustes de cuentas, ¿o una especial celebración?, quien sabe…
